We agree about the p.m. but I believe he is spiking the ball as you say, because ive seen it twice in the last few days where he threatened a member with being banned. Its like he is daring them to respond, the way he threatens them. Maybe to get them on disrespecting staff, to issue more points, idk.
It is funny that when you call them out they head for the hills.
