I read that bee pollen would increase the load. Tried it. Maybe a little more, but load was not real small anyway. I found I was shooting porn cum, thick white paint balls that would stick to the wall. My #1 sweetie didn't like it, especially for CIM. I stopped taking that shit. It takes several weeks to take affect and several weeks to go away.
Taking testosterone cures many ills, including bringing the load back to old normal.

Hydration... one of the most common issues people have is their ongoing state of dehydration. Age certainly contributes, but hydration matters.
Increase your fluid intake to increase your output.....if you piss yellow your dehydrated.

Yes it is age but there are things you can try. It won't come back without a little work.

It does work. Don't over due it at the start because you will get muscle burn and you don't want it down there, increase reps over time.
Another solution is to go to a Titty Bar and get ground on till you have blue balls, then go see someone within an hour after leaving. Or see a provider that will tease the heck out of you for at least 30 minutes, like someone else said, work you up, then back off till you start to go flaccid...repeat at least 5 times, 10 times is better.

I'd sure like to have a list of the wonderful facial-lovin' sperm-garglin' ladies you guys must be seeing, such that volume is even an issue.
