Great Question. I like the natural look. Freshly showered, little make up. No perfume. Dress appropriately if it's an outcall. Don't show up looking like a stripper...have had that happen several times. Commando is great but, sexy lingerie is also a big turn on. If the lady is wearing a nice matched set of bra and panties I get the impression that she took the time to prepare for our time together and that she really cares how she looks.
