This thread has gone sideways fast!

The thread opened with appreciation for the fallen as well as the men and women who served or are currently serving! To ALL a debt of gratitude is owed!

At this point in our history it is critical that we remember that the men and women who shed blood for this great nation did so to protect and ensure our rights, and this includes free speech. We can be offended by the inane rants of some but they are within their right to express their opinion! BUT when that opinion is a violation of posting guidelines THEN it becomes a matter that gets addressed!

Name calling is a violation and on that Happy Note ... Happy Memorial Day and maybe you can take a moment and take a deep breath and recognize the sacrifice of those who have given their lives, or their time/blood and commitment, to Honor & Duty, and just remember it is their sacrifice that allows all of us to speak freely! But their sacrifice does not give individuals the right to harass or berate others! Nor does it give individuals the right to attack other members!
