Just a guess, but if she had no issues before now maybe she either had a very bad experience with a black client which caused her to leave for a while or possibly a bad experience in her personal life.

I believe this is further evidence that her account was hacked. Why be accessible by PM and not email or phone?

Her account was not hacked. April contacted us to have her account reactivated. Based on information she provided, there's no reason to believe it's not her. Combine that with R James saying he spoke to her I'd say it's safe to say it's really her. I'm not 100% sure but pretty close. Could someone be impersonating her now? Possible. We're looking into it.
