Being a BBW is way easier than being a "tweener".
I am too small to market as a BBW, but too large to market myself as "fit". It is a hell of a hard place to be, sometimes... because you don't readily fit into the typical fantasy of either side.
So for me, it has always been about my personality and intellect. Everyone has to play to their strength, no matter what it may be.

When things get slow, we tend to pick at a physical attribute , pit it as a negative attribute, and figure it as the cause of lack of business. All that needs to be done is diversification, and magnification of a great attribute that makes one stand out.
I hate to compare providers to food, but they're both yummy and pleasurable: Theres Fast Food. Then there's the specifics like burger joints and sandwich shops. When someone selects Baker Bros over a Subway, there's a solid difference between the two and likely why Baker Bros is chosen. Price isn't necessarily the deciding factor being they are relatively the same price per person. It's the quality (goods) from Baker Bros that decides for me.
