Israel accepts great burdens on behalf of American interests in the Middle East and is a great ally of the Estados Unidos.

No one in the US is denied critical healthcare upon presentation at an emergency room and in need. Since many poor people do not pay their medical bills and are not sent to jail or punished for it in anyway beyond maybe a lower credit score, we effectively give massive amounts of free healthcare here in the US.
