Honestly I don't trust escrow since most of them are real estate and title company that work for realitor.

But they usually are dressed really really nice, smell good, have a very well decorated conference room, snacks and drinks. They have big smiles on their faces and treat you as if you’re their new best friend.

THEN they take your money and scoot your ass outta the door to get the next customer into the conference room. Hmmmmmm.
