WTF...???

I agree it should be the same across the board, but it just simply isn't, and I don't believe it ever will be. It really is up to the community as a whole to determine what flies and what doesn't, but when you have such a large community, for example the several thousand here on this website, it is difficult to get them together you force mods to enforce guidelines the same regardless of forum area or region.

The "review" was closed and moved to the staff room while we discussed how to clean up the mess. (Think how in football, they stop the game while they review the play. Same concept). Now that it's figured out, it's back in Coed.
