Canada has decriminalized the hobby - it's just so much more

civilized there. Western European countries (France, Germany, The Netherlands) have completely decriminalized for decades, so sex workers have to pay taxes, but they get free health care and can retire with a full pension the same as subway engineers, train conductors, and any other civil servants.


Personally, after 20+ years in the hobby, I primarily hobby overseas. The Spanish Inquisition type laws that have been passed here have ensured that there is a terrible stigma attached to those who hobby. Sorry, not ashamed, and I'll just go somewhere where I don't have to worry about being prosecuted for a Federal crime.
