Lots of nice girls advertise on BP. The men are more likely to meet a 'non pro' average gal on there - many victims of this busted economy and not lifers in the profession.
To each his own, different strokes for different folks.
I do agree, if any man doesn't have extra $$ to take chances, don't go there - get girls with solid reviews and P411 accounts.

Go to indy reviews. Search for the word "backpage". You'll find a lot more positive experiences than negative ones.
