This is unquestionably a mistrial. The prosecution should be the ones going to prison, not Rittenhouse. First they get caught tampering with evidence, now hiding witnesses.

I said it would be up to the jury. I also said they could determine it was self defense as that’s a factual determination. What part of what I said was wrong. My opinion as to whether it’s self defense differs from the jury. It took them 24 hours to decide.

you jabbered away all week he didn't have the right to defend himself because his first attacker rosenbaum was unarmed. you claimed the second attacker huber wasn't armed. so how many times should rittenhouse have let himself get bashed in the head by a skateboard before he was "entitled" to defend himself?

Pretty sure is "specialty" isn't self defense law. Because somebody does something for a living, like the prosecutors in this case, doesn't mean they are good at it or know what they are talking about.
