I like natural boobs best (any size) but I don't have any problems with man mades if I can't tell.
Some women over do it and really looks fake.

I prefer a lady with natural breasts, small to medium size. The experience I've had with flat chested women has been great.

I like natural for sure. I'm actually surprised the poll came out this way, I was thinking more guys were into fake ones.

I am pretty schizoid about boobs. My impulse is to say I like natural breasts but if I listed my top ten beauties at least half would have bolt-ons. But of the dozen providers I have seen this year, 11 were natural girls. Knot being rigid about this means there are more options available which is a good thing.

There has always been something about a slim women with large naturals that has turned me on.

Man mades are not a deal breaker for me as long as they are done well. But I've always preferred the natural, perky itty-bitty-titties.

Without a doubt I am all for natural, unless they have had a skillful surgeon that has created a masterpiece that you can't tell they are man made. I guess then, that would constitute natural all the way as if I can't tell they are MM then they must be natural.
As for size, I guess I am in the minority as I am definitely an A or B person. Once you get to D+ it is just not my cup of tea. Nothing against them just not my first choice, just as others wouldn't go for small boobies at their first choice.
