I'm going to try to help you score this chick. Listen I work with that same level of beauty, education, and talent. My friends and I joke that the old guys hire all this eye candy that they'll never get to play with, for the most part. Let me tell you what has consistently worked for me. In the context of work, NEVER compliment a colleague on how pretty she, while it's nice it rarely has lasting impact since she's been hearing it from the age of 5. However, the key to a memorable conversation is an introductory compliment on how well she's dressed because that's something she spends a lot of time on. Women dress for other women and when a man compliments them on dress it's definitely remembered. You can even be more specific and mention her shoes, skirt, or blouse. Now in order to get away with complimenting her on her make-up your mack game has to be pretty strong because it'll require some quick witted follow-up to not sound creepy.
