Well well well ....who is wanting to bypass the presumption of innocence.

How about we wait for the evidence to be litigated

Yes. Recently ... in the last few days ... they captured 1,000's sneaking in over the Southern Border ... that's why a tall barrier would be effective, like the one's Trump has having built now!

This wasn't "the last few days" ... but it is at California's border ...

California hasn't issued them a driver's license yet.

Pisslosi will demand they get one so they can vote for her. Originally Posted by LexusLover

No proof ... like the Ingun and the MAGA cap wearing kid....maybe we can wait for a few more facts.

Or is this more fake news? Originally Posted by WTF

Step back- the evidence is sufficient to turn over to the Texas Attorney general for investigation and action.
Let's see what the AG reports.

And - i will go ahead before it happens- Trump is a Nazi

DPS registration + voter registration

That's sufficient evidence to overcome any burden of proof ....

... except a Socialist-Liberal who is opposed to border security .... as well as being Anti-military and Anti-Trump. Originally Posted by LexusLover

My guess this is nothing much comes from this.

When is Ken Paxton going to trial?

Sam Taylor, a spokesman for the secretary of state, said the announcement on Friday did not mean that the authorities had discovered 95,000 registered voters who it knew for a fact were noncitizens.

Instead, the office was advising local officials to ask these voters via mail to provide proof of their citizenship. Mr. Taylor noted that it is a felony for noncitizens to vote in Texas, and a misdemeanor for them to register.

More than 8.3 million people voted in the Texas governor’s race last year, which means that even if all 58,000 people who voted were, in fact, found to be noncitizens and voted in 2018 — a claim that no state official has made — they would have amounted to only 0.69 percent of all votes that were cast.
