my co worker trolls bp all day everyday

He's established your cool to some extent. You can always offer advice or advise him of te dangers on BP. But I would keep these lives separate.

I was once in this guys shoes about a year ago, i am still young, so inexperienced in this endeavor i took on, but i was lucky enough to have been given a good brain, and did research and came across websites like eccie and tob, and with the help of a few wonderful ladies and guys, got p411, and yes i did get burned on bp but only lost my pride lol, no pride in that i think, but much worse could happen looking back now.
So i would educate this guy, find a way to tell him bp is not the place to be looking. maybe tell him to look up recent busts to bp

I always wanted people working for me that wanted to prove they wanted my job.(as long as they weren't backstabbers). That means they are looking for ways to grow or help the business in some way.
