IMHO the older providers give a lot better service. They tend to enjoy what they do and that makes my experience much better. I also think that our ladies are not hurting at all in the looks department. They keep lead in my little pencil.

Sometimes you have to see a girl you don't want to just to get verified. Some of the ladies had to run specials or see people they didn't want to just to get verified when they started. I've only been in the hobby since Sept I don't feel comfortable seeing someone who can't be vouched for by another active eccie member. I prefer more than one ref but will take one.
