I never saw her as a provider(didn't know she did at the time) but took her out to dinner and a movie, the next day her picture was on the front page of the KC star, she was convicted that day of our date and was out on bond waiting her sentence (I believe she got 10 years).

The best info available on the internet back then could be accessed if your ISP allowed access to the Usenet user groups. You could also access the World Sex Guide which provided some useful information. I do remember a colorful character on UUnet who used the handle Dick O'stone. Most of his reviews were in the Dallas, Texas area. There was also lots of spam in the posts on UUnet, so users started using the term ASPD in the title of their legitimate reviews so readers could separate actual reviews from the spam. That's where "ASPD" got it's origins.
