According to federal rules, it is the responsibility of the sender of an e-mail to ensure it contains the proper classification designations. When the dust settles Hillary will not be charged with any wrong doing.

I think that prison orange jumpsuit flatters here figure. She should enjoy being locked up with a lot of other women so I suggest we lock her up with men except that would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.....for the men.

The most important thing to Hillary is not that she is charged or not (she should be) but that she win the election. If she can get in the White House then everything goes away.

Possession of a classified document if you are not allowed to have them is a crime. When Hillary left the State Department she was required to turn over ALL classified and non classified documents as they belong to the people of the United States. Mere possession is enough to indict a regular person.

If someone from the State department sent Hillary an email that was really classified but did not have it labeled correctly, the sender is in trouble not the person receiving it.

It is the responsibility of the person who is sending a classified document to have it label correctly, this not only a Federal government practice but most I/T departments of Fortune 500 companies have the same rule.

Have you ever been granted access to confidential data where you work? I have.

Let me see. She is no longer employed by the uS government, is no longer a sitting senator, I would say that she does not have the legal right to hold classified documents that were required by law to be turned over to the government.

What do you think her jailbird song will be?

Sony Pictures Sued
You Let Hackers Jack Our Lives ... Ex-Employees Claim
12/16/2014 9:03 AM

Sony Pictures sat back and did nothing to protect its current and past employees from hackers, who now have access to crucial financial records of more than 15,000 people ... according to a new lawsuit.

The class action suit was filed by two ex-employees, on behalf of other Sony workers in their situation ... claiming the company was warned by the hackers, Guardians of Peace, on November 24th -- but then failed to take any action to protect its records.

The ex-workers -- who left Sony years before the hacking -- say G.O.P. now have access to 47,000 social security numbers ... as well as the birth dates, addresses, salary history, and more for Sony employees.

FYI, flighty, telling a cop you didn't "see" the posted speed limit won't get you out of a speeding ticket in most cases.
