I would say those are some hard nipples

I think puffies are a little rounded, like you could cup them from below and wrap them around junior. Soft looking.
Perkies are more nipplie, where the whole shape includes the nipples and just want to say, "come here and nibble on these." I've even seen some that come with hardware attached, like peircings, and things that make you go hmmmm, like clothes pins. Perkies are begging for attention.
Me personally - I just love boobies.
