I think it sucks for Rocketman that he got dinged and had no idea a place was licensed, but I hope you are not suggesting he call the police on them. With some of the sociopaths that go to these places, not having a document that has your real name on it front and center seems like a fairly sensible safety precaution.

no, not suggesting that at all. i agree with you. just trying to educate some fucktards. the TDLR expects a massage establishment and therapist to put their real world info out there, just the same as if they were an HVAC company or any other profession that requires a state license. the problem is that a lot of fucktards and sociopaths expect sex service from every massage place, legit or not. a bit of discretion should be allowed by TDLR in certain cases, but their goal is to see that all shops and therapists are legit. if a therapist chooses to do "things" anyway, that is up to them to accept the risk.
