I wouldn't let it bother you. One little blip that was as much his fault as yours with five years of good reviews--any sane client will see it for it what is and you probably don't want the client that can't see that in the research.

Thanks and you're right, but sometimes one bad review will dissuade a client from contacting a provider. "One bad apple"...you know? Anyways, I think this is over and we can all move on and get back to what this is supposed to be...fun and relaxing.
