Coronavirus Alabama

8120 confirmed cases now with 310 dead. No flattening of the curve here in fact there is an acceleration of new cases and deaths yet things are set to open up that makes no sense to me. We all want a more normal situation and certainly everybody wants to get back to playing and having fun please be careful everyone. MJ
It is actually flattening if you understand exponential growth - in early March, the number of confirmed cases was doubling every 2 or 3 days, toward late March, it took 6 days to double the number of confirmed cases, and in April the number of cases doubled in 12 days. We're on track for the next doubling to be greater than 12 days. So, yes, the rate of growth has decreased.

Is sex in a glory hole social distancing? Just asking for a friend. Sheesh. At some point keeping track of the numbers gets old. That why I only watch cnn once a week now.
The hell with this virus and open the damn economy back up now! Unkess you can show me how this virus doesn't spread in Walmart, Liwes, Home Depot and the grocery stores then i don't want to hear about keeping the small businesses closed. I have been to work every day and still been going anywhere open with no mask or gloves. If you are in the high risk stay home but let the healthy people go back to work before we throw this country into a damn depression.

We all want better times and we all want to enjoy some fun time with our favorite girls but it's still a very scary situation and that isn't going to go away overnight. MJ

Outside of those groups the mortality rate is lrss than 1% comparable to the flu. Be safe , practice proper hygiene and enjoy life is you are not in those groups of hight risk people!
