Government shutdown question

FYI: The "pathway" = voter registration. They are stuffing the ballot boxes.

That was done in San Antonio (Bexar County) Texas for years while the Democrats "owned" the place. There were "block captains" who rounded them up at the corner and vegetable trucks came by, picked them up, handed out Spanish language instructions on for whom to vote, took them to the polls, and then took them out to a COUNTY PARK to enjoy beer and tamales in exchange for their votes. With increased growth and prosperity within the country in relation to others outside the country the horrendous burden your sorry excuse for a POTUS can be retired. If that's what you're really worried about!

Are you actually from New York? Or just visiting?

LexusLover brings up an interesting point. Are humanitarian concerns a smokescreen for Democrats? And concerns about violence and crimes committed by illegals a smokescreen for Republicans? Is the real issue that illegal Hispanic immigrants or Hispanic refugees, at such time as they’re able to vote by becoming citizens or otherwise, predominantly vote for Democrats? And where are the Labor Unions on this? Presumably the last thing they’d want would be low skilled immigrants, illegal or legal, coming to the USA. But maybe their desire to have more Democratic voters in the long term outweighs that

What would the difference between illegal and legal Hispanics would vote for?

You’re right Banscram, mistake on my part, I edited to make the post clearer. I think Republicans are mostly concerned about illegal immigrants and refugees, not other immigrants. As to whether those who entered legally would be more likely to vote republican, I don’t know

If you look at the House bill introduced this month you will notice a "slight of hand" in the wording ....

.. the word "American" is used in the bill for identifying who would be allowed to vote under the bill. Anyone from South, Central, or North AMERICA is an "American"!

The SocialistLiberalNoBordersIlleg alAlienAmnesty crowd actually believe the "deplorables" are stupid .... a serious blunder.
