As I said earlier-- no judgment from me on the matter. In my case, even if they called me-- I couldn't meet them at the hospital. When I work, I'm generally 300 miles or more from home and there is quite literally nothing I can do about that. We all have to make choices and decisions based on what we feel is best for the lives we each choose to live.
Side note to Treetop-- if there was an emergency situation and I had to cut a session short-- yes, I would refund. In fact, I have done so in the past.
