Amy, the bet is over 2.5 goals by both teams combined. So if 3 or more goals are scored in the match the bet wins.

I think the best the USA will do today is draw, which would put them in a precarious position going into the Germany match. We'll see, hopefully I'm wrong.

The odds for the draw are ridiculously low, but I don't see Germany taking a chance and playing conservatively, because if Ghana wins and the USA wins (fluke goal, penalty, whatever), then Germany is out. That's too much risk to take.
