It's not a me problem. The topic is a holiday celebrating the end of the systematic enslavement of black people by the United States of America. It automatically defaults to race and has everything to do with it. Some people are angry that it's a holiday, which is pretty sad, and honestly the topic was really just happy Juneteenth, but some people couldn't help themselves and had to try and tarnish it. I guess after the Memorial Day post, I shouldn't be surprised. I'm actually surprised that the Fathers Day thread made it through unscathed. Fourth of July isn't too far off now.
