Babes Chicken over by the Speedway is a good spot. Was recommended to me when i visited and i really liked it.

Not to sound like a ass but are you really interested in the location of malls or looking for someone to take you to a mall?

If you are still in the stock yard area then you have two choices on proximity,
A) north east mall - hurst
B) rigmar - ft worth

I like ne mall as far as store choice but both are roughly equal distance in opposite directions (east vs west).
If you want to make a trek there are others; parks in arlington, hulen mall, the galleria mall, shops at willow bend, a outlet in Allen or grand prairie etc etc.
