I would offer her a rate to fix the car. IF she went for it I would spend it on another gal plan A, or her as plan B.

most hobbyists I would hope have roadside assistance and aren't driving beat up cars in the first place

as far as a provider if you just paid her money then it would be easy for her to call up a tow truck and since she lives in the area then its not a big deal for her to call up a taxi or friend.. why would she need to call you up as someone she just met? that is very unprofessional
