I wouldn't eat the burgers at IHOP.

I bet they don't sell that many.

They have a lunch and dinner menu long before they started pushing those burgers and I also bet they don't sell too many lunch and dinner menu items.

People go to IHOP for breakfast.

When you don't have a lot of sale on certain menu items, their ingredients do not get rotated and replaced with fresh ones as fast and as often.

IHOP claims their burgers are fresh, never frozen.

Fresh raw ground beef only keeps in the refrigerator for 1-2 days before it has to be thrown out.

We all know many restaurants managers try to maximimize their bottom line, minimize their losses, by keeping ingredients as long as they can.

Every ingredient that's thrown out is dollars and pennies lost.

Never order a steak well done on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday.

(Plus anyone who orders a steak well done any day of the week shouldn't be eating steaks.)

You will get the steak that came in on the previous Thursday food delivery that didn't sell over the Thursday to Saturday rush and it's already starting to go brown.

It's common knowledge in the restaurant industry that on Sunday when the kitchen staff wants to throw out steaks that are turning brown and grey, they are told to not do so and to

"Save for Well-Done"
Red Robin.....

And fried eggs have always been good on a burger!!!! I don’t like mine runny though...

Kennys has awesome burgers
Addison Point does an old fashioned burger.

For a burger worthy of "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives,
try "The Nooner" at Jonathon's in Oak Cliff.
It's enough for two to share before an afternoon of fun and frivolity.
