The only thing that's bipartisan in DC is incompetence. The country hasn't cracked 3% growth in over a decade. There seems to be some glimmer of hope in the business community but the congress won't get their act together and fix HC and reform the tax code. The Democrats are fixated on Russia and the Republicans are hell bent on fucking themselves.
