But what does John Kelly know? He was only his Chief of Staff and a Marine general. I am sure the MAGAs in this forum know Trump better than he does. Originally Posted by Lucas McCain

having read Tiny's article you have no problem with the many clear fascist attempts by Democrats to prevent Trump from running for office and yet still think Trump is a fascist.

But that and the WSJ opinion piece are still not about the topic statement “Trump the fascist”. And I believe that Trump exhibits Fascist tendencies.

I would leave you with this from the article.

Let’s stipulate that there are many reasons to be wary of handing Mr. Trump power again. His rhetoric is often coarse and divisive. His praise for the likes of Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping is offensive, and betrays his view that he can by force of personality cut favorable deals with them. He indulges mediocrities who flatter him, and his attempt to overturn the 2020 election was disgraceful. These columns preferred any other Republican nominee.

Not even the WSJ wants him to be elected again.
... The Wall Street Journal is a liberal piece - and has been
for a good while now... Same with the RINO-ran National Review.

And nobody's "handing Trump power again" - except THE VOTERS.
Here in America - a Constitutional Republic.

... I've also learned, while here in America, that "Fascist"
is a word that the Communists and the Socialists like to
call their opponents - when the opponents are correct on
the issues and have a lot of support. --- like Trump.

All of which is to say that the fear of fascism would have more credibility if Democrats didn’t abuse power themselves. If they lose the election against a flawed Mr. Trump, it won’t be because he is a wannabe Mussolini. The reason will be the Biden-Harris record.

"if" Trump is a "fascist" then so are the Democrats.

Trump can't be a damn dictator in this country. That is not how the political system is built here. The fact that his own Chief of Staff said he fits the definition of a fascist is the point of this thread. I am not going back and forth about something that old fool can't become like he desires when I know he can't be that person no matter what he tries to do.

Anyway, it's that simple folks... now it's time for me to listen to Harris repeat herself for the millionth time in this live town hall in PA. Haha

Kamala pulled out the old “He’s Hitler” card today.

That is a hallmark of a candidate who has nothing to run on but failure.

Kelly called him "the definition of fascist."

Maddog Milley called him "fascist to the core".

Fascism is a far-right form of government in which most of the country's power is held by one ruler or a small group, under a single party. Fascist governments are usually totalitarian and authoritarian one-party states.

Trump wants to consolidate power, and his RNC Heritage asshat have written project 2025 to do exactly that.

He is unfit for holding office in a constitutional Republic since he has not held belief or his actions to the same.

Anyone who does not believe in a peaceful transfer of power - you have to fight like hell, or other rhetoric that would incite violence - should never see the oval office as a visitor let alone as a resident.

rump the fascist .

I think that most progressive liberals don't really know what fascist means any more. One characteristic: A "facies" government takes control of industrial output and public services for the benefit political and business insiders.

My collection of the pandemic response from President Trump is that when he fast tracked and streamlined the development of the so-called vaccines, which actually was a fascist action, the progressive left liked it and went along with that and their mandatory use without criticism or complaint.
