If you are truly interested in this, grab a woman (preferably an ex-provider) and partner up. The job will not be easy. It is a 24/7 gig. And grab a bottle of tums, or acid reflex. You are going to need it.
Keep in mind advertising cost and what if its slow and you didn't make a profit, and the girls are pissed off because she didn't make any money. Oh but wait you already invested in the girls. She gets to go home and start again the next day. While you out of acouple of hundred bucks for the day.
Wait, were providers not respond to this thread? Just saying.
I see and hear the stories. And its not pretty.
I am going to have to disagree about the pimp versus manager debate.
Most pimps take everything a gal makes and provides very little support for the business side of things. They give the gal a nice place to live, a car to drive, etc.., but the gal owns NONE of it. If they wanna walk they will be doing it literally and in fear of violence.
Managers or agency owners generally maintain incalls, do the screening, booking, advertising, and marketing for the gals and only take a cut. (Usually between 30 and 50%). But they do work for it and they pay the expenses. Agency owners are often not in the black until a gal has worked a few weeks becasue of expenses incurred. Photos, ads, clothes, supplies, freebies for reviews, etc..
Both have to continually recruit new girls and watch their ass from getting ripped off from the girls and the hobbyists.
Whether you like or dislike pimps or managers, it does not matter. They are not going away. I do find it odd how people from the board will trust a female agency owner over a male agency owner. It has been my observation that the male agency owners tend to treat the girls that contract them for their services better and are less spiteful.
Note: With an agency, the girls get to keep their share of the money and whatever they purchase is theirs. The girl contracts the agency to take care of the TCB stuff and are free to quit anytime they like. (Yes, their are dirt bag agency owners who will play dirty just like any business. More so in illegal businesses.)
Speaking of illegal.. uh hmmmm.
In Texas, running an agency in the sense we are talking about is a class B felony. each count carrying a maximum penalty of 2.5 years in prison and a $2500 fine. They call it pimping and pandering. and that is just the start....
Did you you any vehicles for the business? Gone.
Did you use your house for any sessions? Gone.
Got any cash in any accounts or stashed in a house or safe deposit box? Gone.
Then IRS likes to come in and claim you made way more than you did and levy tax fraud charges and the like...
I wont even talk about the drama factor and the risk some gals can put you in. BR knows.
Point is: There is a lot of risk.
Is there money to be made? Yes.
What you have to figure out is how much will you probably make and what segment of the market you are going to cater to. Figure out and implement your business model.
Figure out your marketing plan. Figure out your expenses. How much will you net?
Is that amount worth prison time and a felony conviction?
Free pussy for you? Quickest way to lose girls and create drama.
Free pussy for key players out there? Some. You are buying too because the gal ain't doing it for free.
Did I mention the paranoia? The agency wars that break out every 5 to 10 years?
The friends you will lose? That it is not a 9 to 5 business? You will put in more hours than ever because you will be tethered to your phone and email.
Of course, this would all be things I have observed from others in the game. I will stick to misdemeanors, thank you.
