Screamer or Moaner?

Both are all well n' good, but I dig biters, or when they want to make a noise, but can't, so they look like they're screaming, but nothing is coming out and their eyes roll back and you start to think to yourself, "thank god I used to watch Baywatch, because this chick just might need CPR."

But yeah, silent screamers, rollers and especially biters. That's the stuff.
