Gus's is my favorite fried chicken in the area. It is Nashville hot chicken, and they don't offer it any other way, so if spicy is not your thing then you won't like it. The sides are good, and they have the best chess pie in the area. It's one of the things I miss most about giving up sweets.

Nice weather for firing up the old cast iron on the back patio and making heavy snacks for watching the Daytona.

yes I eat at Guss fried chicken every visit to KC! yummmmy!!!!

they just put oine in new orleans... i ate there last week.
