I must say just over the past few years that I have been on the board I have seen the need for the time changes. There was a time a client could go for the 45 to 1 appointment without getting in trouble for being a few minutes late returning to his job. But now in this economy no one can afford to lose their positions. So you have to look at this way...15 minutes to incall....30 minute session...and 15 minutes back to his job....works for most nowadays.
BTW, there are a lot of good providers that aren't high volume either but offer different times allotments. So please don't judge to fast...Sometimes it best to get to know the provider before you set an appointment, if it helps calm the nerves. Some providers do take the time to talk or chat before you meet!
And yes, the gentlemen that have their own business have a little bit more flexiblity with the amount of time they can spend but, unfortunately, they don't hobby that often because of their business. So if most providers just waited to see only those types of clients, what would happen to her "standard" of living? And to me, that would take it to another level in this "biz"...like a "kept" woman....or sugar daddy scenario.

I disagree. You can't equate money with class. I think we all know the two don't necessarily go together. Do you think guys with money pass on partaking of discounts? You think they would rather pay 150 or 200% of retail. I don't think that's how they got money in the first place. A pig wearing London tailoring and driving a Rolls Royce is still a pig. Marketplace competition and personal circumstance drive pricing. A price offered and accepted is called a DEAL. Fair to both parties involved. Just saying!

The market is the market. Whatever price will bear, is the correct price. I love it when someone tells me, "This thingamajig is worth X amount of dollars." My reply is always, "No dude, it's worth whatever someone will actually pay. It's not worth anything until the cash is in hand and then, THAT'S what it's worth."

Try trading in your car and telling the salesman, "...but hey, this car is worth..." He'll smile and then tell you what he's going to give you for it and guess what, that's what it's worth at that moment to that individual.

Plus, whatever something is worth is subjective to each individual. I am willing to pay more for exactly what my preferences are but less if the preferences aren't met. Those kinds of factors also influence the market. In a normal market those ladies that happen to possess the attributes that the majority of hobbiest prefer will enjoy the ability to maintain rates at a fairly high level.

I don't chime in often and also don't hobby often and I am an older guy but I have to say that a half hour just doesn't work for me. I want to enjoy the company of the provider I am with. I got lucky with the one provider I have seen so far and not say that I haven't wanted to be with some others but I haven't ventured it because the one that I have been with has spoiled me.

The sex is great but I love the time I spend with her because she provides more then just sex, she pampers, we talk, of course my hands roam all that time but it's like we were lovers. Also, I have always wanted the woman to be satisfied and I don't know if I really accomplished that but she makes feel as I have, I don't mean like some stud but l like a lover. I hate to admit it but it is diffcult for me to cum using a cover but really that is not the most important part (to me), the part I love is the way she trys and the actual treatment I get from her and her attitude. I get the feeling that she cares. I guess after all my long winded rambling, in a nutshell, even though I would like to see other providers I'm hesitent because I don't know if another provider will make me feel like they care. Not to say there aren't any who will make feel that way but I just wary. I guess nothing ventured nothing gained.

I totally concur. I don't always enjoy hhr's because they are rushed and I do get some low class people ALWAYS wanting them and nothing more. BUT BUT BUT= I have met MANY more who are great gentlemen and just dont always have much time on hand. They would take more time if they had the choice but it is not always possible.

Half an hour rate is necessary to the hobbiest who only has an hour for lunch and if there isnt a connection time really makes no difference. Id rather spend a minimal amount of time if there is no connection with the person anywayyy....although it has never happened to me>>LOL

our company you want to spend as much time but.. is it our company or money you are after.. realistically while many guys book 1/2 hr because of time really many do it out of $. if i gentleman can only afford the donation of a half and quality time, getting to know the guy is important to you why not say at the begginning of the appointment hey lets sit and chat for a couple moments dont worry we'll still have a full 30 [60,90 whatever\ of playtime. heck id love to spend time getting to know a beautiful woman but if i only hobby once every 6-8 weeks i want to experience and give as much sexual activities and gratification as humanly possible. if the connection is made im more likely to repaeat and book for a longer time frame. if a spend 15 minutes talking and miss out on some things i really wanted to do i probably will look elsewhere in the future

I'm not sure I follow your logic in making my current half hour rate good for 45 minutes. I think 100 for 45 minutes is unfair.

BL, it makes sense to raise your half hour rate whether it's to stimulate hour-long visits or just to reflect business reality. Maybe I'm wrong, but I suspect (and hope) it takes you just as long/much effort to prepare for a half hour as for an hour. If the prep time is the same, the rates should be closer to the same, and $125-$150 a half (for those of us who can't spare the entire hour) is quite fair to all concerned.

I can see that if you don't care to do them and someone were to demand one from you that would be disrespectful, but to say that 1/2 hrs in general are direspectful is a little insulting to those who do them (both providers and clients).

Back on topic... Brit you are an independant contractor and can set your rates at whatever the market will bear. I'm sure it will work out for you.
