Sanger was a racist that promoted eugenics via abortion.
To continue, he wants us to believe that criminals are the result of not having taxpayer funded abortions. It makes me wonder how he is able to determine which criminal fetuses need aborting before they end up in prison.
Additionally, we have had legal abortions for over 30 years and yet we have booming prison populations as well as more people than ever on the government tit. Will he next suggest mandatory abortions until ppoverty is wiped out and can no longer produce the criminal element?
What is the penalty in Communist China for having more than one child and why are female fetuses aborted even when they have not had their government allotted one?
The best thing I can say about the award is that it should signify that the recipient is one that should have been aborted and we truly would have less poverty in this world. Ironic, isn't it.

I want more sex education in the classroom , not less. That is akin to actually changing the oil in your car as opposed to never doing so. Access to the pill should be mandatory. Education and access to birth control is the key to keeping young people from having unwanted babies.
That is much more logical and cheaper than what you propose. I also think you should not get tax breaks for having kids....you seem not to mind taxpayer funded promotion of having unwanted kids.
You do understand that there is a poverty cycle that needs to be broken....your method promotes it to continue. I look at ways to break this cycle.
