Training For Escorts

I would have to say from personal experience that many new girls lack people skills and skills in customer service. It is always easier to retain an existing customer than go find a new one! If you build a relationship with clients then you have a better chance of seeing them again. Build up a strong base of regulars and then you can have a more steady stream of income.

Hello Everybody,

Has anyone else thought that there should be some kind of training for escorts or some books available that explain how to do this job? It seems like the only people that are "teaching" girls how to do this are telling them all the wrong things. This job requires skills in many areas like customer service, advertising, accounting...and we have to fuck like champions. So many girls are no good at it because its hard.

So, wouldn't it be really cool if there where some little seminars or books available for girls that want to get in the business? Isn't it a little crazy to think anyone could or should go in and do a job they know absolutely nothing about? It's like if I was walking by a construction site and someone walked up and gave me a hard hat and some goggles and told me to start welding things together and I said ok...not good.

Experienced escorts have gained knowledge that very few people possess. If what we know proves to be useful to other girls, and helps them become better escorts, I think we will have literally made the world a better place.

Plus, somebody seriously needs to tell some of these hoes something before they embarrass themselves and make us all look bad.

Samantha can teach me anytime she wants
It cracks me up that Starbucks spends serious money training baristas on customer service yet providers start their business with 0 training. Now think about the complexity of the transaction (duration of time, variety of possible interactions, the social setting, etc...)

As hobbiests, we think some girls lack skills, but the reality is our expectations or crazy high - how often does a first date go well... Much less a "I'll give you 10 minutes to know me and then expect you to nail the more intimate encounter we can have."

Wait, I got derailed. Yes, I think in-person training is needed (not videos, not books.) And I think it's coming, I think there's a market for it. Probably even certification -- look at the rise of surrogates. But as is often the question, when?

Usually the type of woman who enters into this business of her own volition is one who has already owned her sexuality. And for some, the Admin/Customer Service portion comes naturally. But I agree. Some of us need help in one way or the other.

Imitation is what really makes girls look bad. The person who coined the phrase 'catering to gentlemen who enjoy the finer things in life' is seriously giving some of us the side eye.

Business school? Is she going for a BA or Masters? I think that most of the girls that become escorts have already decided to put off college. Also, I have been and they do not say one thing about escorts. It is not realistic to think a girl will stay up late studying business calculus so she can go suck a dick.

I have never read the Kama Sutra...It is mostly pictures right? Some of those positions are about as unrealistic as The Cox SMU Hooker Program.

The sex might be the least difficult aspect of the job. The more we do it, the better we get at it (hopefully), and it is just that simple. Some other aspects of the job do not come so naturally. It is surprising to see ladies over-simplifying our job. Even if it were(which it isn't), you are not suppose to say it is. I think that is only my rule.
I hear this a lot... "well she had a pimp because she doesn't know how to write ads, schedule, manage money, doesn't know how to rent hotel rooms" I hear this a lot!! Sad!!!
I always wanted to run a hooker school! My curriculum would be as follows
Hooker 101: how to spell, how to count, how to get a safety deposit box, how to do your taxes, money mgt, customer service.

102: how to screen, run ads, std and safety risks, (school of pistol marks how to shoot a gun lol)

103: here comes senior year. How to suck a dick, how to Fuck a dick lol!! How to properly post on eccie and not look like a tool

Just my 1/50 of $1, and worth what you paid fr it.

But I did agree in the second paragraph that either in one way or another ladies do need help. Even the sexual stuff. And you're right. This is not selling Tshirts, and you give a piece of yourself every time, and a lady has to be comfortable with that. A lot of women don't enjoy sex, but they know it's an easy way to make money. They don't enjoy their clients if they're not physically someone they would date. It's a sad state of affairs, really. Some women still have a fairy tale ideal of sex and relationships, and feel that some activities are for 'special' people, and find it hard to do them for money.

Anybody could turn their ass up to make some money. This job requires emotionally secure women who have a grasp of the concept of the true meanings of intimacy, and has a clear understanding of her sexual nature. That way who they are isn't swayed by the illusion of the money or sex. And so her life outside of the job is not affected.

There is a forum on this site which is devoted to teaching all about this business. It's in one of the ladies areas. If you want to read it but don't see the forum, ask a mod. It's available to any provider who wants to learn from others experiences and it covers everything from advertising to how to handle difficult clients. It's written by the more experienced providers and added to from time to time. I'm surprised that more girls don't read it. I'm sure it misses a few things but so many people added to it so there's quite a lot of info.

Miss Jameson, good points.
