There is discussion of reducing the "benefits" for later recipients, but if their incomes increase from stimulation and a growing economy there checks will increase later on even with a lower % of the whole. In the meantime if their incomes have increased they can afford a greater share of the income to be deposited in a retirement account to offset any shortfall in SS.

WTF has NEVER been able to separate SS from disability payments. Since he's a genius, I can assume it's intentional.
