Provider Ads-what get's your attention?

Pics first. And I like to see how much energy Providers put into their pics to make them classy. Then in reading bios, I like uniqueness that tells me the Provider put a lot of thought into what she was writing.

2. Her overall ad. I wanna see how much effort she put into it. I don't wanna see ads made in just seconds.
3. Price (quite important. But if she is really worth it, then I don't see any issue at all)
