early early on in my hobby, i made this faux pas.
i had been consulting w/ a provider for about 8 months. i got laid off and that was where she could call me [didnt have a regular or hobby mobile phone back then].
i want to contact her to give her a new ph#.
i attempted to call her several times but couldnt reach her [i was off one digit in her ph#].
so, i went to her apt to leave her a note when she opened the door as i got there.
i was red-faced beyond belief. she was upset but not overly pissed.
i learned my lesson about discretion that afternoon.
discretion goes both ways - guys dont show up unannounced at provider's place. providers dont show up unannounced at guy's place.
