Should Kelly Monroe be banned for admitting to sharing clients personal info?

Not right...I wasn't hurt, but did get very anxious about the text message and threats I received. So did many other guys.
I got a group text message from her yesterday saying she'd changed her name from Kelly to Ceri.
Doesn't matter how good the service is, when your personal information has been compromised, nothing else should matter. This is the 4th name she's used!!
