crude oil at lowest price since August

Here's the deal Yssup. If you post something short and pithy then you're "one sorry mother fucker." If you post something more substantive, like I have from time to time, then you're "one arrogant mother fucker." Its hard to know what bb1961's motivations are. Maybe he's some gal sitting behind a computer in Moscow or Beijing, getting paid to get Americans pissed off at each other. Originally Posted by Tiny

Ignorance at its best. Zero demand drove the price of oil nearly negative and had it sitting on ships in the middle of the ocean. Maybe that contributed to your listed barrel price. I guess you can say Trump brought that about since he was President but of course that’d be untrue. But lying is not above you so go ahead with you utterly stupid comments. "Jesus some of you folks intellectual honesty is either on vacation or nonexistent."

Does that include the obvious? You Biden Lovers continuing to support your grossly bad decision on voting for Biden and not “Manning Up” and admitting he has been a disaster so far. Originally Posted by tman1847

We have already established in a prior thread that none of that of which you cry has any short term effect on present gas prices.

It is strictly a supply and demand revamp caused by shutting down the World economy. It is actually a good problem compared to the alternative.

If a president's actions and policies have no short term effect on gas prices, then why did the price of a gallon of gasoline just recently drop about 20 cents on average, when Biden released a few days worth of oil from the strategic reserve? I noticed today that some stations were already raising the price back up. I suspect that in a few days the price of gas will be back where it was before this recent price drop.

And what is your definition of "short term?" Biden has been in office now for over 10 months. And what is Biden's answer to our growing energy shortages, other than begging OPEC and Russia (the same Russia that he gave approval for their pipeline, while cancelling our Keystone pipeline) to increase their production and then sale it to us? Why are we once again dependent on countries that hate us for our energy needs when we have an abundance of oil and natural gas here? Biden only released oil from the strategic reserve because of his falling poll numbers and political pressure from other Democrats. And that only had a minor effect on prices for a few short days. Biden's war on domestic fossil fuel production (along with his other failures) is going to cost him and the Dems big time in the 2022 congressional elections

BB is too much of a child to actually read and be informed. Much less admit he was wrong. Maybe in April of last year he was too busy crying “Fauxvid”or some other nonsense to watch actual news and know some facts. I’m sure he”ll respond with misplaced ellipses and some asinine Brandon comment in
