Thoughts on Lube

Condoms are a big deal also, if they tighten up and make the end of your dick look like a pencil , lube does not help with that. A provider I visited the other day had lifestyle skin, they seemed to be pretty good.

HAHAHA, now I feel like a cheepo, everyone knows their brands and the best situation to be used on!!! I had only bought lube once before...... from wallmart... hahahahahahha Originally Posted by virginguy

Now, it's important to me but much of it is because it can really affect your enjoyment (mine as well) and also, it's part of my job.

One thing that's incredibly intense feeling is to have the penis lubed with something like Astroglide, then a condom put on, prior to fellatio or handjob. You end up with the duality of the hand or mouth sliding on the condom as well as the condom sliding on the penis. It's extremely intense.

Id Glide (blue top) -and- ForPlay gel (blue top). ForPlay is my fave--no bitterness in taste and it can last and last without all the problems you mentioned. Its sweetened by sorbitol, so its pleasant.

Id Glide is awesome too, but isnt palatable
ID Millenium....silicone based and has good reviews.
Bacon grease. Tastes good and slips right on.
I'd like to add my thoughts about using lotion for lube. It's horrible. An excellent case in point is Albolene cream, which a few decades ago was a popular lube and supposedly, caused the vagina to feel tighter.

It was awful and burned. I still read about the stuff on occasion, though. Use caution when using any type of lotion, including Jergen's, which was the stuff that my best friend in school said that this was the best stuff to use if you were going to give your boyfriend a handjob.

Gosh, we were innocent then!

I still prefer KY Liquid, not the jelly or warming fluid, as my favorite overall product. I don't like having a half a dozen different lubes that I have to carry around.

If the folks here were to pick two lubes to have, what would be your top two? Something like astroglide or KY and then something a little more slippery? Like WET?

Flavored lube is always fun too me!
My favorite lube for Greek (and well, anything else really) is Surgi-lube... It's a medical grade lubricant with tons of slip and fantastic longevity. I buy it on Amazon since I don't have clinic access to get it anymore

A good lube, among other things, needs to be edible. You know when you're getting a BJ and she switches to a handy with lube for awhile, then can't go back to the BJ because the lube tastes bad?

I hate that.
I use coconut oil. It's solid at room temperature but it liquifies as it gets warm. It's nice a slippery without being overly greasy, it lasts long, there's nothing harmful in it (it's meant for cooking on after all), and if you get the unrefined kind it'll make all of your under bits smell like coconut. I can't comment on if it damages condoms though...I use it to stuff extra large dildo up my ass.
Coconut oil makes an amazing lube, but it's not safe to use with latex condoms. Most oils aren't in fact. Non-latex condoms should be compatible though.

So,yeah, use coconut oils as much as you like with solo dildo play, but never with latex ; )
