As others have stated.....it starts in the mind. Melanie is spot on.....

BUT over fifty......sometimes it is a combination of hormone levels, medications (especially those to control blood pressure), mental anguish/anxiety over not being able to perform, fatigue from the days work.....etc. that can add up.
