Let me give you 2 key points in your own thread in which you don't "state the facts"
1. Romney didn't claim he would get the unemployment rate to 6% by the end of his 1st term....Romney actually claimed he would get the unemployment rate to 6% or lower !
2. The POTUS can lower or increase gas prices; thru any number of executive actions or in-actions. For example releasing supplies from our national stockpile would typically lower gas prices. Keeping Keystone oil off the market, not approving federal offshore leases, higher/Lower CAFE standards...any number of actions by the POTUS can drive gasoline prices.
When one claims he is "only stating the facts" you should do just that.

JD you must have missed my numerous post- I stated a million times that the lowering or the increase in gas prices has nothing to do with the POTUS- even Obama stated that when Romney try to sneak in:" when Bush left office gas was $1.79//" I have seen countless of Republicans blame Obama when gas price peaked. And let's not forget; Obama's campaign (and presidential) promises have been mostly lies.......starting with
Also, are you really that stupid to say Bush wasn't in a recession? The economy collapsed on his watch, the housing market crashed on his watch- are you saying if Bush was still in office that somehow the results would have been different? Don't be a dumb ass- even Bush admits the economy was in shambles when he left- Bush passed a mess to to Obama and no one but you denies that fact. Originally Posted by wellendowed1911

History tells us Romney has been proven right on domestic and foreign policy issues while Obama has been proven wrong.
This thread doesn't help Obama's place in history; it only buttresses the many lies of his presidency (what I call American's Lost Decade).
