seems that Germany was behind the break up of Yugoslavia. When it became clear that Kosovo did not become independent as planned, they started the Kosovo war in an effort to fully complete the Yugoslavia breakup.

german support for the KLA was exposed in 1998.

the Kosovo war had the added element of Albania being involved. this was an effort to steal Kosovo from Serbia and give it to Albania by way of war.
