I don't even think erasing the numbers is enough. I think the phone needs a new number. If I get a call from that phone I want to KNOW it's rayne. If he does take it upon himself to look up the numbers here then when he called it would have to be a different number. If that is the number I have for rayne and I get her dude ... There isn't a site anywhere that my phone number is posted on. My number is only given out to clients after screening, or released to other providers (on an individual basis) to expedite future screening. There are several providers on Eccie that don't even have it. Giving or withholding my private number should be my decision.

The fact that he was able to communicate with me proves that her contacts remained in the phone after he took possession of it. Not cool.

The EXACT reason I have learned to turn my phone off when I go to bed! Then, in the morning, when I have 4 or 5 missed call, invariably from someone drunk or simply plyaing and not gonna come correct, I politely text/call them back and explain that I have a family, I'm not up at all hours unless the arrangement was made previous, and if they want a dopehead who is up for days on end, non-stop at all hours, please visit Commercial Street (in my hometown) and find one~! Good luck working it out, and perhaps putting the phone on silent is in order?

And btw.... that client list is DANGEROUS in the hands of a gentleman (ahem) who presents himself as terribly unprofessional! If his scruples are so low as to admit fault from jump street, and continue on the same path of behavior, who knows what may happen.... losing the phone, selling the phone, etc....

The dead horse has been beaten and it looks like Rayne isn't going to offer anything else helpful in this matter.

I was really hoping for maybe some assurance that this problem was corrected, or even some admission from the provider that she was TOTALLY responsible and that it was both wrong of her to give out our numbers AND for allowing that boy/thing to talk down to me like that.

But around here I think I've learned which hand fills up faster when you're wishing into one of them.....

ya it seems nothing will come out of it.. most would atleast come with some bullshit excuses or lies..but silence speaks volumes usually

sucks it happened..and NO..absolutely NO ONE should ahve to silence a phone that is ment to be private and only given out to clients and providers.. the numbnuts that shouldn't have access to it should get told to STFU and grow up and realize "dis ain't da hood" that the true professionals are educated, normal, non ghetto and don't tolerate the bullshit.. silencing a phone is not the solution..people either growing up or getting out is the solution

He doesnt have the phone i broke the damned thing i keep my phone with me at all times. I do not think it is cool for my s.o. To do that, I did not know. I do apologize for being slow to say something for fear of being vervally slaughtered on this board. My business is now under lock and key. This will NEVER happen again.

ok he did the same thing to me but i am use to dealing with people like that so i just ignored him . rayne you are better then him and you know that .
