They are not targeting "cheap looking guys". They are targeting ANYONE that doesn't have a drink on their table regardless if you previously had drinks. They are not keeping track of the drinks you get. So 2 drinks don't mean shit because you better always have a drink on your table, be it 2 drinks or 6 drinks. Come in that club with a pocket full of money and not buy drinks. You will be kicked out on your ass.

The hell? I'm there almost every chance I get and I have NEVER been pressured into buying a drink. However I do mingle with the ladies and pay for dances. Could that be the reason? They only go after those who just sit and stare and don't spend a dime?

Maybe guys need to start demanding a receipt when they buy a drink. Keep them in your pocket and then wave them in the manager's face when he questions you.

How can any establishment force someone to purchase alcohol? I seldom drink due to being on a cut and because I drive. Are they going to kick me out for not purchasing drinks, even though I cash up the girls?

I agree with the overall sentiment that this club is going downhill. It's an awesome venue and I like most of the girls, but I'm not fond of the implications brought forth by the change in management-- including, but not limited to, the turning over of much of the wait staff months ago, strictly enforcing private dance activity outside of VIP, and the activity cited throughout this thread.

I'm not privy to their finances, but I would be shocked if they're making more money than they were before. In the two years I've been going (pretty consistently) I haven't noticed a drastic change in crowds.

Buy a drink, alcohol or non alcohol, ask for the waitress to bring a printed tab. Then do the same with the 2nd drink. When the manager or other waitresses comes by and harass you and push you to buy drinks, show them both printed tabs and tell them to leave you the fuck alone. No way to run a business if they want to keep any business. Now we are ABSOLUTELY SURE that the 2 drink minimum includes non alcohol? If the 2 drinks minimum is alcohol only, I would check with whatever government agency controls alcohol sales there in your big state of Texas. That is not legal to push someone to buy alcohol. I know it's not here.
