for all the handwringing and gnashing of teeth over the corruption taking place, NOTHING happened. There were no consequences. She got voted out. Big deal.
The very same thing has been going on in New Orleans (as I'm certain in many other cities with a certain kind of politician). They are untouchable. There is no hiding the above the law abuse and contempt they have for court actions taken against them. Its a big fat joke on the citizens governed
